Walking Challenge

Calling all National Convention attendees!

There are so many ways to travel to the National Convention—you can drive, fly, or ride—but have you ever thought about walking? Not actually walking there on the streets, of course, but taking on the challenge of walking 535 miles, the distance from the National Beta Office in Spartanburg, SC, to the Gaylord Palms Resort in Florida. This ambitious goal is not just about the miles; it’s about pushing your limits, building resilience, and celebrating every step along the way. Whether you walk a few miles each day or tackle longer stretches, each step brings you closer to a sense of accomplishment and the excitement of reaching your final destination, National Convention! Let this challenge be a reminder that with determination and perseverance, you can achieve remarkable things. Start today and see how far you can go!

How to Participate:

  1. Download and print our tracking sheet to log your progress, marking each mile as you go.
  2. Finish the challenge, and you’ll earn a spot in a group photo on stage during the pre-session of your second general session. This photo will kick off the pre-session activities. Check the scheduled times below:
    • Senior: June 24 at 9:00AM
    • Elementary: June 28 at 8:30AM
    • Junior: July 1 at 8:30AM
