Calling all 9th-11th graders! Do you want to get a jump start on your college search? Join us for our first Virtual College Fair hosted by StriveScan! This inaugural event is a timesaving opportunity for Betas, parents and sponsors, to meet with a variety of college admissions counselors.
Virtual College Fair
How It Works
- Representatives from each participating college or university will be grouped together in 45-minute sessions.
- When registering, you’ll be able to select the sessions you’d like to attend, even if they occur within the same session time.
- Each participating college or university will speak for 6 minutes to share valuable information about their school.
- You’ll be able to interact with reps from all colleges throughout the 45-minute session via a Q&A chat.
Can’t attend? We highly recommend that you still register for the event so you can go back and listen to recorded sessions at a later time.
Cost: The Virtual College Fair is free for all active Senior Beta members, sponsors and parents.

Registration
- The Virtual College Fair is hosted through StriveScan and registration will open on Monday, March 25.
- When registering, you’ll be able to select the sessions you’d like to attend, even if they occur within the same hour.
- To register for multiple sessions, return to the main registration page each time.
- For each session you register, you will receive a separate email containing the Zoom meeting link.
A Few Tips
- We recommend registering for any sessions you have interest in so that you’re able to view the recordings at a later time.
- After you register for a session, you’ll have the option to “Register for More Events”. If you choose this option, select South Carolina from the Event Location dropdown. The National Beta Virtual College Fair sessions will be in the next dropdown menu (What event are you attending?).
- During the Fair, you’ll be able to leave sessions at any time and move to others. Make sure to have all Zoom links pulled up at this time to make this easier.
- Parents and sponsors are welcome to register on behalf of their Betas! Simply select Parents on the registration page. Parents will complete the information as it relates to their student.
- Can’t attend? We highly recommend that you still register for the event so you can go back and listen to recorded sessions at a later time. You will not be able to listed to recordings unless you are registered for each session.
