Everything you need to know for the South Carolina Senior Convention!
Overflow Seating for the general sessions will be in the Hilton Ballroom and the Mulligans Meeting Room in the hotel side.
These two additional spaces will accommodate about 500 people. There will be NO STANDING allowed in the Palisades Ballroom and absolutely NO SAVING of seats. The Palisades Ballroom can only accommodate 1700 people and we have over 2200 people registered for the event. Any items left on seats to reserve the seating will be moved. You will need to physically have your club in the room and in a seat. If you are not in a seat, you will be asked to report to the overflow spaces provided. This policy will be enforced at all general sessions as we need to avoid fire safety violations.
