The loading dock area is directly attached to the back of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Tuesday, January 21:
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday, January 22:
7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Exhibit Hall BC
Parking is $5/day for POV’s and $10/day for large buses, RV’s, etc. (it is prohibited by the convention center to stay overnight in an RV in the parking lot).
Attendee may leave trailers in the back of Lot A to allow space for regular event parking. The convention center is not liable for any vehicles/trailers being left out in the lot.
Trailer parking for the day is $5. If a trailer is left overnight, it will be tagged by the Convention Services Guards for payment up front at $40/night if off-site and $20/night if staying at the Sheraton.
An on-site pizza stand and concessions will be available at the Convention. Those menus can be found here:

*Beta does not have access to Hall A docks on Friday. All vehicles must be out of the Hall A area by Thursday evening.
