Everything you need to know for the Kentucky Elementary Convention!
The facility will accept CASH and Card.
No outside food & beverage allowed.
Schools will be unloading and loading on Main Street and High Street entrances.
The Main Street entrance is the closest entrance for unloading Visual Arts, especially the bigger items.
Ramp A in the Dock Area is the closest dock for unloading items for Living Literature, Robotics and Engineering.
Ramp K in the Dock Area is the closest dock for unloading items for Performing Arts – Solo, Duo, Trio and Group along with Campaign Skit.
Campaign Skit & Performing Arts will be in Exhibit Hall BC against the walls.
Living Literature, Robotics or Engineering will be in Exhibit Hall A against the walls.
More than 10,000 convenient parking spaces are available within a 10-minute walk of Central Bank Center, including 1,800 spaces on-site. Daily rates do not exceed $12 daily. Special event parking is up to $27. In addition, all surrounding parking lots and parking garages offer spaces for individuals with disabilities.
Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for paid parking. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).
Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking is available in the Central Bank Center’s High Street Lot. A valid state-issued handicap accessible placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bus Parking
Buses will park in the High Street Lot for $24 a day. If the bus driver is staying at the Hyatt, validation for parking can be taken care of with the parking pass.

Animal Policies – with the exception of approved guide, signal or service dogs as recognized by ADA, animals are not allowed in Central Bank Center without prior approval.
Balloons - the use or distribution of helium-filled balloons is prohibited. If for some reason, helium balloons are brought into the building and released for any reason within the complex, labor costs associated with removal of balloons from the ceilings and air handlers will be charged. Balloons filled with air are permissible.
Freight Elevators - there are two freight elevators for Licensee use. Size and capacity:
Each elevator: 9’ 2” wide by 13’ 8” deep. The height of each elevator is 9’ 11”.
Security - The Central Bank Center maintains an exclusive in-house security operation. The trained building security staff and security system maintains 24-hour security coverage for the CBC’s perimeter areas, internal corridors, and life safety alarm system.
Smoking – Central Bank Center is a non-smoking facility. Vaping is not allowed in facility. Smoking is permitted outside and no closer than 25’ to an entrance, per city ordinance. Smoking is not permitted on the loading docks or in the covered garage.
Weapons – Central Bank Center is located in a School Zone as defined by the Gun Free School Zone Act 18 U.S.C. adopted November 29, 1990 (the Act). All persons are prohibited from possessing firearms on the premises unless such possession is authorized by exceptions listed in the Act or as authorized by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is also at the discretion of the complex to restrict or prohibit possession of other weapons such as knives or other dangerous weapons.
