• Ticket admission to Universal Studios Florida with access beginning at 5 PM. Access to all park offerings will be allowed from 5 – 9 PM. 
• A $25 meal card to be used for food and beverage.  
• A light-up wristband to indicate your access to the park after closing.

Tickets will be available for pre-purchase through National Convention registration via credit card only.  Tickets are available for all registered National Convention attendees. No tickets may be pre-purchased after the National Convention deadline date, May 2, 2025.   

There is a limit of 5,000 tickets per event. Tickets are not able to be transferred from event to event. Any tickets not sold during National Convention registration will be available for purchase onsite at the National Convention registration desk at no additional cost.   

• Tickets pre-purchased will be available for pick-up at the registration desk during National Convention. Packets will include entry tickets, meal cards, and a light-up wristband for all ticket holders.  
• Tickets will be grouped by school/club. We will not split up orders. If multiple families from your club are in attendance and ordered tickets, you’ll need to communicate internally to ensure ticket delivery. The full order will be given to the individual who picks up your packet.  
• You’ll be asked to count all items in your packet and sign off on your order. Please make sure the individual picking up your order knows the total number of tickets prior to arrival.  

Universal Orlando Resort is located at 6000 Universal Blvd. Orlando, FL 32819, a short 11-mile drive from the Gaylord Palms and 9 miles from the Marriott Village Orlando. Transportation to and from Universal is not provided by National Beta.  

Parking fees are not included in the ticket cost. Parking at Universal Orlando Resort is available for standard cars/trucks as well as buses.

• Beta Night tickets holders can begin entering Universal Studios Florida at 5 pm on your event date. The event will end at midnight. All attendees will need their ticket to enter the park and light-up wristband on display to stay in the park after it closes at 9 PM.  
• Upon arrival at Universal Orlando Resort, follow the signage directing Beta Night attendees toward Universal Studios Florida. All ticket holders will have a separate entrance – look for signage for National Beta. 
• Various restaurants and food cards will be open for Betas after 9 pm. Guests can use their meal card and or cash/credit cards to purchase food and beverages before and during the event hours.  

Refunds will not be issued for tickets unless Universal Studios Florida closes due to severe weather. Universal Studios Florida has a comprehensive weather policy in place to ensure the safety and comfort of its guests. This policy is designed to address various weather conditions, from rain showers to tropical storms, and outlines the steps the park takes to protect visitors and staff. Certain attractions may temporarily close for safety reasons during light to moderate rain. Universal Studios Florida monitors weather conditions closely and will reopen attractions as soon as it is safe to do so.
