We hope you’re as excited as we are about summer in Savannah! As you pack and prepare for arrival, we wanted to let you know of a few schedule updates. These adjustments are also reflected online and in our mobile app.
Junior Schedule Update
The 1st General Session Pre-Session will now start at 7 PM, followed by the 1st General Session at 7:30 PM.
Elementary Schedule Update
Songfest preliminaries on Friday, June 14 have moved from 1 PM to 2 PM.
Senior Schedule Update
Due to a high volume of entries for Small Group and Large Group Performing Arts – Senior Division, we’ve made changes to accommodate everyone. Small Group preliminaries will run from 8 AM until around 11 AM, followed immediately by Large Group preliminaries. The following Large Groups will perform after the 3rd General Session for preliminaries:

Any additional club/entries for Large Group preliminaries will be added to the end of the performance order, taking place after the 3rd General Session.
- During the Senior Convention on Monday, June 17, 2024, Performing Arts- Solo, Duo, and Trio will begin at 8 AM.
- The 1st General Session Pre-Session will start at 7 PM, followed by the 1st General Session at 7:30 PM.
- The 2nd General Session Pre-Session will start at 3:30 PM, followed by the 2nd General Session at 4:00 PM.
